**All Levels Performance products are manufactured and intended for competition use only. All Levels Performance products are made to order and hand welded in house which can sometimes lead to extended wait times. Warranty Policy: Levels Performance warrants that all products manufactured by Levels are free of manufacturers' defect in materials and workmanship. This warranty extends 1 year from the original ship date from Levels to the original purchaser. If the product in question is deemed defective by Levels due to deficiencies in material or workmanship, Levels shall rectify the defect in question by either repairing or replacing the defective component. Levels reserves the right to choose whether repair or replacement is appropriate. Warranty claims must be made within 72 hours of receipt of order.
Disclaimer: All products manufactured and sold by Levels Performance are designed and intended for competition use only. Vehicles altered may no longer be lawfully used on public highways. Refer to local state and federal law to determine if removal or replacement of vehicle components affecting emissions is prohibited. Violation of state and/or federal law may subject owner or operator to penalties and/or fines.
Returns: Returns must be new, unused, uninstalled and contain all original hardware and items included from Levels Performance to be authorized.
- All returns must be authorized by Levels Performance Team member prior to processing.
- Authorized returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Returns older than 30 days from original purchase date from Levels Performance will not be accepted.
- Custom products and one-off products are non refundable.
Installation: Levels Performance strongly recommends that all components be installed by trained professionals. Improper installation of components may be detrimental to product quality and overall safety. Levels Performance reserves the right to refute claims of this nature.
Quality Assurance: All products are inspected and tested to be free of damage before shipping. It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect all items for damage upon shipment arrival from Levels. Levels Performance discontinues all responsibility for a shipment upon acceptance by the carrier. Shipping discrepancy claims must be made within 72 hours of receipt of order.
